The study followed the predictive descriptive approach, and the researcher used the neuroticism scale derived from the Big Five Personality Factors Scale by Costa and McCra (1992), which was translated into Arabic by Al-Ansari (1997), and the Psychological Resilience Scale by Smith and his colleagues (2006). And Schaufeli and his colleagues (2020) for psychological burnout. The study tools were applied to a stratified sample consisting of (186) students from theoretical majors at the university.
