About the Journal
Journal Objectives
The journal aims to achieve the following:

To establish a genuine and impactful psychological perspective that considers recent scientific and cognitive developments within the framework of cultural contexts.

To contribute to the development and improvement of measurement and evaluation tools, as well as developmental, preventive, guidance, and therapeutic programs in various psychological, educational, health, social, security, and professional fields.

To inform those interested in psychology about the latest developments in the field and related academic and professional areas.

To encourage researchers and scholars to engage in research and publication.
General Guidelines

The journal adheres to the Islamic values upheld by Saudi society, in addition to international standards of scientific and ethical publishing.

The journal publishes original scientific papers that address educational issues and topics, which have not been previously published or submitted elsewhere.

The publication language is either Arabic or English, with abstracts in both languages not exceeding 200 words each.

The journal does not accept any submission or review that includes content opposing intellectual and societal security, or that displays bias, hostility, extremism, or ideological exaggeration.

Scientific papers are accepted for submission year-round. In case of submission suspension, an automatic email response will be sent.

The journal accepts book reviews that are relevant to its scope.
-
Scientific papers extracted from academic theses are accepted, provided that this is clearly stated.

Accepted papers are published on the journal's website within an average period of 100 days from the date of submission and registration.

All copyrights are reserved for the journal. No part of the journal may be reproduced, published, or stored in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, or information retrieval systems, without prior written permission from the Editor-in-Chief.
Publication Requirements

Authors must read and agree to the terms and conditions provided in the online submission system.

The manuscript should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (DOC), without the author's name or any identifying information. Authors must ensure that no identifiers are included in the manuscript file, as it will be sent to reviewers anonymously.

All research and personal information (full name with title) for all contributing authors must be entered in the designated fields in the online system.
-
Authors are required to format their papers according to the journal’s submission guidelines precisely, as failure to comply will hinder the publication process.
Manuscript Specifications
-
The total word count must not exceed 8,000 words, including references, tables, figures, Arabic and English abstracts, footnotes, and transliterations.
-
Abstracts must not exceed 200 words and should include the paper’s title, objectives, methodology, results, and keywords.
-
Use "Sakkal Majalla" font in size 14 for both Arabic and English text, with bold for main headings.
-
The body of the paper should be in two columns, except for the first page, which includes the title and abstracts.
-
Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides, except 3 cm on the right; the space between columns should be 1 cm.
-
Line spacing should be single.
-
Font size for tables: 10; table titles: 12.
-
All numbers should be written in Arabic numerals (e.g., 1،2،3،4).

The APA 7th edition style must be followed for citations and referencing.
Paper Submission and Review Process

Submission requires the author to be registered in the journal’s electronic system, with a username and password.
-
After logging in, authors must review the journal’s policies and publication guidelines.
-
Authors may submit new manuscripts through the "New Submission" tab, following a step-by-step process.

Upon completion, the Editor-in-Chief receives the submission and forwards it to the editorial board for preliminary review.
-
If deemed preliminarily suitable, the paper is sent to specialized peer reviewers.

Based on reviewers' feedback, the Editor-in-Chief will either forward the comments for revision or notify the author of rejection.

If revisions are requested and completed, the revised manuscript should be accompanied by a detailed response table addressing reviewer comments.

The Editor-in-Chief will then forward the revised manuscript to an auditor for compliance checking.

Based on the auditor’s evaluation, the editorial board will make a final decision and notify the author accordingly.
Editorial Board Responsibilities
The editorial board undertakes the following responsibilities:

Formulating and overseeing the journal’s general policies.

Enhancing the quality and prestige of the journal.

Promoting the journal and attracting scholarly contributions.

Reviewing submitted papers and verifying their compliance with publication requirements.

Informing authors of the receipt and status of their submissions.
-
Assigning papers to reviewers and managing their feedback.
-
Coordinating with authors to implement necessary revisions.
-
Deciding on publication based on reviewer feedback and author responses.

Managing subscription requests.
-
Overseeing publication procedures.
-
Reviewing the initial version of each issue to ensure accuracy and quality.
